fanuc series 31i model A5 controller

We just got a new mill with a fanuc series 31i model A5 controller.

we need to run big programs off the harddrive as the machine memory is too small but if we just load the program to the hardrive the machine does not see it so we can run. We need to first load into machine memory and make main program then load back into harddrive then we can run off it..... but since program is too big to load into main memory we can not do this.

anyone know how to load onto hardrive so the machine sees it so we can run off harddrive?

machine tech support was no help.
