Need Help!- fanuc Oi- MC control

Looking for help concerning man reables on this control. Can only get them when load off a card with them already in the perogram. can not find and () brackets only squ brackets. Would like to know if any has found a way to enter man reables or to modify exsisting ones.

The same key gives ( or [ depending on a parameter.
If it is set for [, you can have ( through a soft key C-EXT.

Parenthesis on small keyboard
=========================================================
3204.0 (PAR) When a small keyboard is used, characters "[" and "]" are:

0 : Used as "[" and "]".
1 : Used as "(" and ")"


3204.2 (EXK) During program editing in the EDIT mode, character input with soft key [C-EXT] is:

0 : Performed. ([C-EXT] soft key is displayed.)
1 : Not performed.

NOTE:
The [C-EXT] soft key is used to select an operation on the program screen.
This soft key enables the entry of "(", ")", and "@" using soft keys. This soft
key is useful when using the small MDI keyboard, which does not have
the "(", ")", and "@" keys.
