TAKISAWA TC-1 Turret keep Hunting

Hi guys,
I have a problem with my machine TAKISAWA TC-1 with Fanuc OTC Control.
When I make an Index for Turret, its won't stop and keep hunting.
What should I check first? I saw there is an encoder and proximity switch behind turret.

Encoder type for turret is SUMTAK AT-169-1008.
