I have an old turret press that has a 00PC controller. I am installing a Ethernet to Serial Adapter and need to know the Serial connection pinout to know for sure what cable I need. I have read in a few places that the controller actually utilizes pins 1-8 and pin 20 but I have not been able to find what pin is what. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

| I don't have anything on the 00PC, but typically Fanuc wires the DB25 connector as follows: 1 - FG 2 - SD 3 - RD 4 - RS 5 - CS 6 - DR 7 - SG 8 - CD 20 - ER 25 - +24V CAUTION!!!!! If using XON/XOFF handshaking, you must jump 6, 8, and 20 on the NC end of the cable. Also, 4 & 5 should be jumped for XON/XOFF. |

| For that matter, I have seen many different descriptions / labels for the controlers. Ours say 00-PC with a Type on A02B-0098-BS12. What is the name that everyone knows this control by?
