Dear All I have problem with Kia KIT30A Fanuc O Mate T when I turn the machine on works normal for about 20 second than display alarm 401 [move axis or not] and on the servo regulator it turned on two red Led diode one of them TGL and the other DC. Checked power between theree phase 190 V.AC and control power of driver unit 105 VAC p.s: Two axis drive by one driver. can anyone help best regards  |

| Check the motor and feedback cables are good and connectors are tight. |
