I have a Miyano TSV-35 that I put a Haas Servo Drive indexer, works fine. I use M251 M-code to call for the indexer to run its program. I have a Miyano TSV-21 that also has a Fanuc OM control. I would like to in stall the Haas Indexer on this machine. Problem that I have is, conections for the Indexer cable, and the proper M-code to run the program. I wired the cable the same way that it was on the TSV-35 and used a M251 code and it would not work. Thanks Frank Stahl |

| Sounds like you have a Program missing. If this is just a simple Hass Indexer than most likely it is useing your RS232 Port. This cable you mention, Does it connect from the Hass box to the RS232 port on your machine?? If this IS where that cable you mention goes; Then your "M251" is just a fake made up code that the origonal installer decided to use. There would be a Macro program somewhere in your machine that works. That program needs to be put in to the machine you want to use. Most likely a O9000- O9012 and it would have a few lines like: POPEN DPRINT ..... PCLOS M99 IF this is the case with the cable; I can help you more with getting this program into the control and setting 251 into the proper Parameter. I would need to know what type FANUC control you have. Good Luck |

| It is a O M controler. When I wire it to the TSV 35 there are 4 wires that come off a plug from the Haas Indexer. These wire go to the relay board. Green goes to pin # 255 Red goes to pin # 24+E White goes to pin# 513 Black goes to pin # 514 That is what I tried on the TSV-21, did not work. Thanks Frank |
