Need Help!- 18I-TB control total number of programs...

Hello,

I have a 18I-TB control that can have 200 programs. Does anyone know how to Up the number of programs that can be stored. (we are on using about half the memory space available but have 200 programs)

It really would not matter much if he gave you the option parameter or not on this control. Depending on which year your i-series control is Fanuc went to a different encryption on the passwords in order to change these options. IIRC it was about mid 2006. So you would not be able to change it even if you knew the option to change.

This is something that you are going to have to contact Fanuc on and pay to have the option installed. IIRC this was not a very expensive option to have installed but it has been a long time since I have had to do it.

Let me know the year of the control and I will see what I can do.
