Series 16

I'm finally getting to put together what I have of my Series 16. I also have two other different Opt. 2 boards. Most of these parts I do have, and some I have more than one part. I want to get the most out of my configuration, and plan on configuring it as a "16M".

Here is my proposed FS16B configuration:

Main CPU Board: A16B-3200-0170/03C Main-A CPU board

OPT1 Board: A16B-2200-0919/03A Graphic Board

OPT2 Board: A16B-2202-0400 or -0401 Opt. 2 Sub CPU (Not sure which one to use?)

PMC A16B-3200-0054/06B Opt. 3 PMC-RC

OPT2 Board: A16B-2202-0850/03A FS16B w/ sub CPU Main B + 6 axes

Loader Control A16B-2202-0560/04A Loader Control FS16 Main-A spec.

I/O Output (Sink) A16B-2200-0954/03A I/O I w/High Speed Skip

I/O Output (Sink) A16B-2200-0955 w/A20B-9001-0480/05B Sub-I/O

I/O Output (Source) A16B-2202-0720

A16B-2202-0725

A16B-2002-0726

I/O A(64/32) A20B-2200-0660/04A

Serial DMA Add on A20B-2200-0010

Graphics A20B-3200-0010 or A20B-3200-0011 (Which one?)

A20B-2900-0142 or -0143? Loader Control (Which one- with or without SLC?)

A20B-2901-0960 For PMC-PB3/RC3

A20B-2900-0290 or -0291 1MB or 768kB ROM (Which one?)

A20B-2900-0311 Graphic Control

A20B-2900-0350 Which module is this?

A20B-2900-0941 or -0942 2MB or 4MB DRAM

A20B-2901-0981 or -0985 Serial Spindle for Main and Opt. 2 boards

A20B-2901-0060 What card is this? where does it go?

A20B-2902-0080, -0081 or -0082 (Which one?)

A20B-2902-0094 6MB FROM 512kB SRAM

A20B-2902-0193 or -0197 512kB/512kB or 1MB DRAM (Which one?)

A20B-2902-0250/05C PMC RB4/RC4

A20B-2902-0270 or -0278 Graphics for 14" CRT or LCD

A16B-2902-0341 FROM 4MB 256kB SRAM

A16B-2902-0350 or -0351 256kB or 256kB/512kB (which one is better?)

A20B-2000-0640 or -0650 4Slot or 6Slot Backplane? I need to know which will fit all of these components.

A13B-0154-B001 Optical Link

A20B-0120-C05?/MAR 9" Monochrome CRT/MDI for "M"

Operator Panel: FANUC 44C741056-G01 w/pulse coder / jog handwheel

I understand that the mainboard is a conventional type so I cannot use the Alpha amplifiers.

I would love to know if I have this configured right as well as someone who could tell me which of the power supplies I will need. Is there a lager backplane the 4 or 6 seems common.

I'm still working on this control build.

Does anyone have known good parameters from the 16M Model B?

Send them to me in .txt format so I can compare them to mine.

I am almost finished with the hardware portion of this control. I also found enough parts to put together a 6slot 16M Model C order #A02B-0222.-B50x. The only thing I need to find out is the parameters that set up the A02B-0120-C051/MAR 9" CRT/MDI unit. Plus set up the three A06B-6079-H105 amplifier set. What cables and parameters ate needed?
