Fanuc 10A- Reset apppear

I had a problem in Fanuc 10 type A horizontal milling.
when the machine on, ready on, everything is good.
However, at the monitors perform reset, as when the reset button on the press.
I see diagnostic, no. 200 bits 2, RST = 1
I suspect the problem occurs on MDI input / keyboard in the reset button.
and after I checked, the button does not matter.
Masterboard type A16B-1010-0040.
I ask for help from you all, and if anyone have a block diagram for the keyboard, I hope to share them with me.

Thanks

RST = 1 is correct because it is a normally closed (1) signal, if you press reset it becomes RST =0.

There must be another cause, maybe hydraulic pressure ?

Are you certain that the control goes "ready" after power on?

Can you move the axes manually?

I think you should check emercency stop signal input as well as in the PMC G000 bit 4.

ERS (external reset) might also be activated. On some machines the electro-mehanical parts counter may cause this.

Control Goes "Ready", everything looks fine.
But the status is "RESET".
i can't move the axes
Diagnos ERS : 1
What causes the ERS: 1?
Thanks

External reset comes from the PMC to the NC; G008 bit 7 = 1 (ERS)

This can be activated by pressing reset three times ( if PMC programmed for this and this will turn off the monitor display) or if reset button is held down.

Possibly your reset button (on keyboard membrane) is defective.

M02 at end of program also activates this function.

This control has a "slow" but functional dynamic ladder display and diagnostic display.

I still recommend that you should check the emergency stop condition in the ladder or use the pmcdgn screen to view the status of EMG input and the PMC signal to the CNC.

ERS can be any signal the machine builder wants to use for resetting or stopping the CNC hence the term EXTERNAL reset.

I think it is fair to say that hrh and I are in agreement that the problem is an external one, so check every possible input connected to the PMC and its function.

Thank you,
I've seen the wiring diagram, the ERS is NO. that is connected with the relay.
if the relay on, ERS = 1 and if the relay is off, should ERS = 0,
but at the machine in turn on, relay (ERS) is off, and the diagnostic 1010, ERS: 1.
so I think RSET occur because of damage to the I / O board or Masterboard
