    Fanuc 3T -MODEL A error 5

    Hi

    sry for the bad english

    I have a Citizen cincom F12
    and the backup battery's are dead so i lost every thing i restart the machine and the first thing that come's up is error 5 called C-MOS parity error i can't pus any buttons maybe i need to insert a code or somthing i don't know .
    Can sombody help me

    the error is gone but the machine isnt ready the hydrolic doesnt start how can i activate him???

    You may have to reload your parameters if you have not already done so, you also really need the diagnostic input/output sheets to trouble shoot wether the emergency stop is activated, .
    Is there an alarm on the screen or does it say EMERGENCY STOP?
