Need Help!- Fanuc O-T control

HELLO! I NEED HELP!!!
WE HAVE A JOHNFORD MACHINE WITH FANUC OT CONTROL, DRIVES SERIE ALPHA, WHEN WE START THE MACHINE SUDDENLY APPEARS ALARM 19 ON THE SPINDLE AMPLIFIER, AFTER THAT APPEARS THE ALARM 401 MACHINE NOT READY, SOMEONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPEN IT!!!

Alarm 19 on Spindle driver means

Phase U current detector circuit excessive offset

Meaning,

The offset voltage for the phase U current detection circuit is too high,
this check is made after power on the machine.

Cause:

Loose contact of the PCB board - check connections

phase current detection defective. - replace PCB

A/D converter defective - Replace PCB

Also check the input power on the PSM module

Thanks, but the power is not on, the main contactor not on, the alarm apeears 2 seconds, after that appears on the displays [-] but the power never goes on.

these checks are performed, when supplying power to PSM module
this has a seperate control bus power supply, no need to charge the DC Bus for this alarm

all phases are excisting??


you say no power, but no power means no display start up also!!!

To be clear:

1.- Put on breaker 460 VAC
2.- on the display from Spindle Amplifier appears suddenly alarm 19, after that appears --
3.- On the screen appears NOT READY
4.- When I push the button OT Release appears Alarm 401
5.- MCC never go on
6.- on the display from PMS, and drives appears -- only
