I just check 24V DC power. I changed a new cooling fan. Number 02 alarm code become --. but on screen has a message "401 X,Y,Z,V,A SERVO VDF DETECT ERROR"
Help me please,
My CNC is Fanuc 18M router machine.
When i turn on power. The machine has an error 414 SERVO ALARM. X,Y,Z axis detect error. I think that is lower DC voltage.
I see the led on main power is 02
00 is ready
-- is not ready
## is number code
Can you help me? How is the 02 code?

cant remember what 414 is, but Fanuc have good maintenance manuals so you should find one for your machine and read it.
check in electric cabinet the cables JS1A JS2A JS3A AND JS1B JS2B JS3B for bad contacts.
u changed the cooler form upper side or from inside?\
i think you have 1 also inside but i am not so sure and maybe u can check .

I had a similar alarm on my Haas we replaced the vector drive and that solved the problem.

Ill try tomorrow changing the cables for DC link because the alarm is only for the 4th axys

the DC wires are too thick to be bad, besides you may measure DC voltage on incoming terminals L+ L-
step 1: measure DC voltage. is it OK?
no -> the fault is searched, think what to do further
yes -> go to step 2
step 2: swap control cables between axes. the fault moves to another axis?
yes -> the drive or motor is faulty. think what to do further
no -> the problem is not in drive. think what to do further
tell what type of axis control card is being used?
Fanuc service says the DC Link voltage must be between 370 to 400 VDC .
