Fanuc Oi-TC Control Memory Card Error

When trying to upload a program using a compact flash card with proofed program, I receive a memory card error code 1010. When trying to download from machine to memory card, I receive edit memory card error 0135.

What could be the reason for these codes?

What kind of card is it? How big is the card? Is the I/O channel set correctly for a card? Has it ever worked?

Old card 128mb Gintek D-series
New card 4gb Lexar Platinum 2 200X

Reformatted both cards. The old card worked fine until I installed a new HP laserjet printer on Wednesday. May be coincidence, but could be the issue?

First thing, a 4 GB card probably will never work. I think max was 2GB, and has to be compact flash. Newer cards are super high capacity, and older designed stuff won't read them. Did you format the card on the machine or the PC ?

Card was formatted on the PC. I'll try to format on machine and also get a smaller capacity card. If that doesn't work...I'll be back.
