Problem- fanuc 90-30 OEM key

hi,
i hope it's the rigth section...

i' have an Alpine Bar feeder there's a fanuc 90-30 on this machine;
i need to download plc's program but there's an OEM key.
someone know if Alpine Automation (Orem, Utah) is still active?
someone know the OEM key?.

IF you have the listing in hard copy and cannot find any access to the password, then as a last resort, I have found this way, but you need to reload the whole program afterwards.

Remove the battery and short the 'super-cap' on the CPU, or wait longer than 20 minutes, that will set the CPU back to factory defaults (i.e - No Password.) New CPUs label a set of solder tabs 'CLR-MEM' for this. Then download your own program without a password.
