Need Help!- F21M memory upgrades?

Hi all.

Has anyone successfully upgraded the memory of a Fanuc 21M-B (NOT 21iM-B). If so, where'd you find it?

I couldn't find any help on the Memex or Tulip sites.

From Tulip: that control can have 128k (320m) of part program memory and requires a 256k sram module. It is not economical for us to manufacture that small a module.
