0MD black out

Spindle was in warm-up cycle, nothing was moving and suddently: Black out
Screen turn to black and spindle stop. I have no idea were to begin to trouble shoot. Any help wil be apreciate!

The first thing is to use the machine schematics, which hopefully you have, to detect where and what power you have, starting with the machine disconnect switch.
Is there any LED's on or contactors picked up etc, status of fuses.

i found a burned fuse in the power unit. It is the AC INPUT fuse. I have no spare and dont know were to find it.

i replace the fuse but it's not working. The fuse don't blow again but i cannot turn on the CRT. My maintenance manual just cover 0M-C version. Anyone have a trouble shoothing manual for the OM-D?

Id this is one of the small green fuses, an alternative to Fanuc would be to contact North American Industrial in Mississauga Ont.
They specialize in Fanuc repair and parts.

Your power supply may be blown.
Check the DC output pins at the side of the P.S.

There is powersupply module and power unit AI or A1. On power unit A1 the pilot green led doesn't turn on neigther than the alarm red LED.

Usually Fanuc has a power up check, the power is applied to all units and if for e.g. the power supply does not power up, the Input Unit shuts the power off, so it is a catch 22 to try and trouble shoot.
There is a service jumper on the input unit that stops it from shutting down in order to trouble shoot the system, the draw back is that if there is a short etc causing the shut down, it will be there constantly, so Fanuc advises caution when by passing the shut down.

I don't have the range of part numbers here and they make at least 10 different types!!
It is a small stand alone unit that has terminal strips on each edge and has a relay and two leds, red & green usually, with 2 or more fuses possibly.
Somewhere in the range of 8"x5".
