rigid taping with Iseries and alpha servos

HI,
is there anybody who can help me please, I'm looking for a method to adjust parameters for riging taping on a 18im control with fssb and 6096 servos drives.
I break lot of taps when i use small one (M2.5, M3).

What kind of taps? What speed and feeds? What kind of material? What kind of tool holder? When are the taps breaking? Do you have rigid tapping? Can you post your code?

I'm working in rigid taping, without compensation tool. This machine as already made thousand and thoudand holes and taps exactly with same tools an programm, this problem occurs 3 weeks ago and it is going worse.
