Fanuc Om 401 Alarm

We have acenter machine with Fanuc Om control . the alarm "401 Vrdy turn off" stops the machine.
machine may work for several sets but suddenly stoped by alarm 401 .I have checked input power of drive it is Ok. I should know which parts may have a problem so I can order a new one and replace it.
the drive is A20B-1003-86
drive caed is A168-100-0330-05B

Please haelp me
