Need Help!- No LSK Flashing on Fanuc 0M-B

Dear all,

My Machine, Mori Seiki YDC-96 Control Fanuc 0M-B, faced problem. When I wanna send the program both punch and read, it can't be done.

When I wanna read the programs into the controller, I go to edit mode and press input. But there is no LSK flashing at the bottom right. To punch also got the same problem.

I already setting the parameter by the followings,
Setting1
TVON = 0
I/O = 0
ISO = 1

Parameter
2 = 10000001
552 = 10
901 = 01001000

Anything to do more than this.....
