Fanuc OTA AL19

Just got an older Clausing 1000L with a Faunc OTA controller. When I try to run a program I get an AL19 in the AC spindle servo unit board. (Type: A06B-6060-H007)

I don't have the manual for the AC spindle servo unit so I'm in the dark. Can anyone help me out?

AL-19 Excessive alarm of U phase current detection circuit offset

Thanks greenery fr, that will give me a starting place to look. Since the alarm shows up immediately on start up before the spindle motor turns the fault is probably in the spindle servo controller. Is there a trouble shooting procedure or a circuit diagram in the manual?

Hi Metal Man

Firstly you have to check all power module of your spindle driver. If your power module OK you have to change your top board of your spindle driver. I think the main problem is in your top board.
