We just got our first CNC I have read the 2 manuals and I can't find the setup and steps to send the programs I did on gibs cam to the machine. The machine only comes with an ethernet port and for some reason it is not sending or recieving. Can Anyone help PLEASE!!!  |

| I don't have a model D manual, but on the C and previous models: In MDI mode, press OFFSET/SETTING function key, then [SETING] soft key, and see if your I/O CHANNEL is set to 9 (ethernet). This should be set to 0. Communications settings will be made in Parameter 101 to 103. When sending a file to the CNC, Select EDIT mode, PROG function, [(OPRT)], >, type O1234 (for example), then [READ], and [EXEC]. If your GibbsCAM program has an O number in the beginning, you can omit typing in the O number before pressing [READ]. |
