| Tano: Have you tried checking the ladder on the screen to see what signal do you need to turn on the spindle ??? I seems that it is only a condition that doesn not allow the spindle to turn, like chuck open/close, door close, lub. oil, etc. this all you can see in the ladder. Grreg. |

I try to see in ladder but the ladder is not complete. When i open it on the screen ladder apears but without all signals, tags etc.I think that was blocked by parameter 0060 but the value of this bit is 00000110.Any ideas? |

| hi u tried to rotate with chuck open? some of these machine has a key to clamp from inside or from outside u close the chuck but maybe it sets to clamp from outside and is not start. is just an idea maybe is set to start with chuck open---it means clamp the piece from inside like a ring. GOOD LUCK! |

Machine now don't have bar feeder but there is connectors for bar feeder. On one of the connectors someone make bypass with two wires. On the other connector cable is cut. When i pull out the connector with cuted cable machine "not ready" appears. |

Then my guess is someone had a barfeeder on it and tied in to the chuck signal or SDU. This is somewhat common on some barfeeders to keep the chuck from rotating without the barfeeder in normal condition. You will need electrical prints and someone who can read them. |
