Need Help!- fanuce 6mb 231alarm z ot

I was setting an offset and hit the soft limit on z- travel I raised the machine up and it would not reset the alarm I have tried to reference machine but wont do it with the alarm. I can raise in the z plus direction I have tried powering the machine down twice but it will not reset the 231 alarm z ot I am guesing this is in the servo is there any help in getting this reset thanks

Sounds like maybe the overtravel switch is sticking. See if you can find the switch and manually actuate it to free it up.

Hi beekeeper,
you push the Cancel limit button and reset, after remove your Z axis up. Or you can see a switch limit button under Z axis bottom.
