Connection layout of Fanuc Wire Cut machine

Dear all.
Now I need connection layout drawing of Fanuc wire cut machine( model 6, with main board code is: A16B-1000-0030), does any ones can help me to looking for where I can download or buy it, or atleast for CAV 4002-T509 connector. Thanks.
