I finally got all my cross loading problems figured out and got the hitachi up and running. Thanks to all that helped. Now I got a couple of questions on the control. the control is a 6m b I believe. It has a lot more parameters than what an A had according to what i have read on the net. I have not found a page on the control to store xy&z offsets. So I am assuming the machine uses g92 to set x and y. I have not got my post for mastercam rewrote for this machine and it has been awhile since I used a g92 in programming. can someone shoot me a copy of what the g code should look like in the program so I can set up a post and or hand edit the changes in. Also need to know how to set the machine up when running g92. I have not tried to run a g54 thru the control on mdi to see if it will throw an alarm. The other problem I am having is the machine is not recognizing the g43 to pick up the tool off set. It alarms out with an alarm the g code does not exist. Is this a parameter issue or is there another code that was used to pick up tool offsets I am overlooking thanks

| I assume you are referring to local work coordinate setting here is the procedure for an 0T control I expect it to be similar G92 is thread cutting cycle

| G90, G91, G92: Coordinate Systems. G92: Working Coordinate Systems. The programmer can designate a coordinate as the "reference point", this "reference point" can be used as the reference for the rest of the coordinates. I think you input G92 X6. Y0 Z0 (X6. not X6) X6 = X0.006 (0) |
