I have a few FANUC 10S servos.. namely: A06B-0315-B202 A06B-0315-B002 (doesnt work) A06B-0315-B032 A06B-0315-B005 (damaged) A06B-0315-B072 or maybe its a B074 (missing end cap) I plan on using the B202 and the B032. My question is, which A06B-6058-H*** amplifier controls the 10S servos. The other thing is I don't have much information on these. I am looking at some 2-0S A06B-0310-B351 but may also look at the following types: 1-0S A06B-0312, 0S A06B-0313, 5S A06B-0314 too. Still need one more working servo. My other question is, I have the 15-MA and the S series amplifiers A06B-6058 and would like to know more about how to tune the servos. The parameters are set right but I don't know if the actual tuning are set at their optimum settings, and what should I look for to know they are right. The axes ballscrews are the NSK type W1200 and W1500 type that were custom made. They also have the WBK end supports and the X and Y rides on fairly large Thompson rails and blocks because the table is thick and heavy and big. It runs great at 5 to 10ipm and rapids to about 100 to 160ipm. They are C3-C5 acccuracy. The Z axis has a 30-50mm ballscrew but i think thats a little big for a vmc. Greg |
