fanuc 6m help in kansas

I need some one who can help get my hitachi v48 with a 6m control to cross load programs. Is there anyone in the wichita kansas area that can help I would be willing to pay.need it running asoon as possible

memory thanks for replying I had a guy here in town that is familiar with rs232 look at it I was one pin off on the 25 pin side on one wire so we are running now

update

got up saturday morning and it would not cross load pc shows it goes to the machine the machine is flashing edit but it does not throw an alarm code when done if you unplug the rs232 it will throw the rs 2332 alarm not sure is its in the cable or a parametter is not right. the last thing we did when we was running it friday when it was working was to check to see if it would backload to the pc and it did. We have not changed anything ont he cable All i did was unplug it and plug it back into the pc saturday morning. any help out there. Bill I tried to call you this morning i will get with you sometime today TIA
