TOYODA -HMC-FANUC 11M - PC 500 WATCH DOG ALARM

Dear friends,
Facing a really typical problem,
As soon as switch ON the CNC , it goes for booting, clears all the file, but the movement normal POS screen about to appear, it shows ALARM PC 500-Watch Dog Alarm. oN MOTHER BOARD IT SHOWS " E "

System have 2 optical cable 1. for MDI/CRT unit 2. for PLC I/Os rack ( 10 slot ) Third I/Os rack is also there but it is connecthed with the main I/Os rack by 50 pins connector cable. Insted of using yellow cassette for PLC prog a ROM/RAM card no. A16B-1210-471A is used, normal ROM/RAM card A16B-1210-470 is also used.

Work Done: 1.Mother board replaced
2.Both I/Os rack CPU cards replaced
3. Optical fiber cable replaced
4. Rom/RAm card A16B-1210-470 replaced

But problem persists , may I request all my friens to suggest some thing more to come out of this problem.

Any suggestion will be appricated.

Dear Mr Rajesh.I have face the same problem on the Toyoda with 11m ,for error "E" on main board change mother board of the base '0'. for plc unit.All
the best.pl confirm the result.

Dear Shree,

That was the first thing I did but not succeeded.I have another VMC with Fanuc11m having same card so it was easy to check the mother board.

Any other suggestion.
