difference between a 6m and 6m b

I have a hitachi v48 with a 6 m fanuc controller I have been looking for a users manual and found a manual for a 6m b can anyone tell me the differrence between the 2 if they are close I could use the manual

WE HAVE HITACHI V48 IN MEXICO, THE DIFFERENCE IS THE SOFTWARE OF THE CNC.
FOR EXAMPLE, THE PARAMETERS, THE SUBROUTINES AND MORE.

there are 3 different models: 6a (software chips on motherboard), 6b and 6b-2.
the motherboards are different; post the partnumber and I will tell you what you have.

I always wondered if the CRT/MDI unit was different too. One of these might be it. I know there are at least two different -C*** numbers for the turning (T) and (milling) M) controls for the standard CRT/MDI.

A02B-0059
A02B-0051
A02B-0060
A02B-0072
A02B-0063
A02B-0076
A02B-0050
A02B-0061

maybe others with different C numbers.

Also don't know if there is a A02B-0062. They may be FANUC 10, 11, 12 units or for the 3 or 5 control.

Wish someone would make a sticky on FANUC LCD/MDI, CRT/MDI's and PDP/MDI's so that people could spot the common ones and be able to tell the difference.
