Problem- Fanuc OT-A zero return

Hello,

Miyano BNC34C with fanuc OT-A. The machine will zero return on both the X and Z, but the position on the Z is at .01400" when it stops. The X stops on .00000 and both zero return indicator lights are on. It seems to be zero returning, but just the position is not on .00000. Is there a way to re-set the Z position. It was on .0000 before shipping.

make pwe=0 and than go to the parameter 22 bit 1 and make 0
after making 0 the machine will say power off--do it,after power on make the parameter back 1 and than power off again

now on power on the machine should show on z 00000
