FANUC 20T - 224 SPINDLE PARAMETERS or SRAM BACKUP | |
Hello All,
Lost all parameters from my Colchester Triumph Electronic/Fanuc 20T and need some help! I now have most parameters in place and the spindle runs from the MDI but will not start from the manual buttons it just flicks over. The machine has aC6 A06B-0844-B200 Code 224 spindle motor and Amplifier A06B-6082-H512. I have loaded the standard parameters by inputting #7 bit 1 @ 4019 and motor code 224 @ 4133. The machine has a spindle encoder which is 1 - 1 ratio and runs in reverse direction, the motor has 75mm pulley and the spindle has a 150mm pulley. The pot has been replaced, the control has been tested in another machine as has the cables. The SRAM BACK UP FILE WOULD BE A GREAT HELP BUT MUST HAVE MOTOR CODE OF 224 @ PARAMETER 1433 ( Colchester can’t supply it as the only have parameters for early machines up to ET 0155 I need from ET 0175>)
