Problem- Doosan Puma 800 EZ-Guide Prob

Hi We have a Doosan Puma 800L with Fanuc18iTB control.
EZ-Guide is installed and working fine except when it comes to Thread Repair Function. when we start the thread repair function the first step is to orientate the spindle, when we press the soft key, nothing happens with the spindle but in the message window "spindle orentation in....." is displayed.
Doosan sent us a new ladder and the thread repair worked once!! until we cut a thread to test it, after making a UNC thread we attempted the thread repair only to find the spindle orentation doing the same thing, maybe we are missing something simple so just wanted to throw it out there and see if any of you guys have any ideas

when you loaded the ladder did you save it to f-rom ?

if you don't, when you reboot the control the ladder will revert back to the old one
