Hello guy's I have problem with my NAKAMURA TOME TMC-20 lathe with FANUC SYSTEM 10TE-F control. When i power on on the screen has an error "X abnormal current in servo'' but sometimes this error don't ocurs.When not ocurs the X axis rocks and jumping and if those steps are to large then ocurs the error ''X abnormal current in servo''.Some times on power on show and other error ''X tachogenerater disconnect''.This two alarms don't clear anyway only with power off.Also and alarm ''X excess error(stop)ocurs but this alarm is reseting with reset button. Can someone help me? |

| if motor with red cap, problem may be connected with C1, C2, C4 or C8 signals coming from encoder (these signals serve for detection position of rotor for proper sine generation on stator and also for speed observing) if motor with yellow cap - may be dirt on tacho collector try interchange encoder or tacho with another axis but in case of encoder it's needed install it following instructions from maitenance manual
