Need Help!- FANUC SYSTEM 10TE-F SERVO PROBLEM

Hello guy's

I have problem with my NAKAMURA TOME TMC-20 lathe with FANUC SYSTEM 10TE-F control.
When i power on on the screen has an error "X abnormal current in servo'' but sometimes this error don't ocurs.When not ocurs the X axis rocks and jumping and if those steps are to large then ocurs the error ''X abnormal current in servo''.Some times on power on show and other error ''X tachogenerater disconnect''.This two alarms don't clear anyway only with power off.Also and alarm ''X excess error(stop)ocurs but this alarm is reseting with reset button.
Can someone help me?

It will be easier to help if you supply the Fanuc alarm numbers

if motor with red cap, problem may be connected with C1, C2, C4 or C8 signals coming from encoder (these signals serve for detection position of rotor for proper sine generation on stator and also for speed observing)
if motor with yellow cap - may be dirt on tacho collector
try interchange encoder or tacho with another axis
but in case of encoder it's needed install it following instructions from maitenance manual

The motor is with yellow cap but today i power on my machine and everythink works fine like someone came at midnight and fixed it.

Most important think is that machine work great

is motor black yellow or red cap..

does machine have electronic scales for position detection? what is in parameter 1815
could be a bad encoder, scale or feedback cable

Motor is with yellow cap.
Parameter 1815 all zero's.
Machine use mechanikal switch for position detection

swapp command and feedback cables and see if the problem goes to another axis.. that will prove if its the mainboard or not and if its a feedback problem
