| Please help. I had a small crash today which triggered alarm and shut machine down. Now when i try to zero the machine with the manual return zero it over travels in x. Ive restarted the machine several times and still wants to over travel in x. Please help i need to finish this part run tomarrow. Thanx |

| Power up the machine holding down the "P" and "Cancel" keys at the same time. this will disable your softlimits unitl you do a zero return. This should allow you to home the machine. I ass u me that the crash was in X?? You could have slipped a bit on the ballscrew and a gridshift may need to be done. Stevo |
