Need Help!- Fanuc O mate MF Ladder

I have a bridgeport INT 316 VMC equipped with Fanuc O mate MF, It's ladder diagram is being protected to display on cnc by MTB. How do I enable to display the ladder? I have checked the parameter 60 bit#2 for ladder display.
As I donot have it's operator/ Main. manuals, even I do not have it's ladder Hard copy.

Early models will not display the ladder, is bit #2 set to 1 (xxxxx1xx)?

It is Fanuc O mate M model F. I have checked the Parameter 60 #2. While displaying ladder, instead of ladder it shows a message that ladder diagram is being protected to display. I think it is protected by MTB.

Atleast somebody provide me it's complete manuals along with ladder hard or softcopy.

The ladder is protected by diagnostics. You have to find a paper to find the diagnostic address for ladder dinamic display.

Thanks, could you tell me it's diagnosis address, as I do not have it's manuals. while I press diagnosis key to display ladder it shows following message:
"DISPLAYING A LADDER DIAGRAM IS PROTECTED BY ITSELF" at top of the screen and "ADDRESS" at the bottom left side.
Could somebody send me it's operating manual with electrical schematic diagram along with I/O address. Although machine is in working order, like Handle mode, Home mode, MDI mode, Auto Mode is working, but JOG mode by pressing arrow keys is not working. As this machine having soft operator panel. Even I do not know how do I tool change in manual mode. I am keenly awaiting somebody's help.
