Angry Toolchanger problem with Fanuc 10T

I run a Victor CNC TNS-3H Lathe with Fanuc 10T. Normally it works just fine, but now when i do a toolchange in a program or MDI, both X and Z start to move at the same time the turret indexes. It moves in rapid and if i don't stop/reset, it would run into the chuck.

The work zero and tool offsets are ok...

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Is it possible that someone changed parameters?

#6001 bit 2 = 0 applies the geometry offset by shifting the work coordinate system.
#6001 bit 2 = 1 applies the geometry offset by moving the tool.

bit 3 is the same for the tool wear offset.

No, it's only me using the machine. I restarted the machine a few times and after a few hours it was working again, i guess its just old :P

I'll check that bit if it happens again! Thanx
