Need Help!- Fanuc 6m cnc to pc

Hello all.

I have connected the CNC to the PC via cable.

I am using Hyperterminal in Windows '95.

The PC to CNC data looks correct, when viewed in the CNC.

The CNC to PC data shows black solid squares in the text, when viewed in the PC.

The data transmission from the CNC to the PC, back to the CNC, has not been successful. The program was hand written in the CNC.

The successful data transmission from the PC to the CNC, is a CamBam program.

Any help is appreciated.

u can use an easy program called sndc.exe or dnc4u

i always use dnc4u for see the settings from machine parameters and then insert in sndc program.

dnc4u is very good for settings and also for file trnsfer but is only 30 days trail.

but still work for see the comunication settings between cnc and pc wihtout looking in parameters for baudrate,parity etc.the program read itself these settings with dnc wizard.
