anyone have any information on this option? supposedly you can store programs in DRAM memory instead of part program storage, until power off Anyone know how to designate program number range? or if there are any performance differences between DRAM and SRAM running.... sounds like a useful feature, i'd like to know if anyone has used it or has any documentation on it also is it still available on newer controls like 0i-mc and 31i-ma? see: http://www.imakenews.com/gefanuc/e_article000222226.cfm thanks - gwarble |

| thanks, a little... that article was basically a rehash of this info sheet... so i got a little more info from it, thanks mainly the fact that it can't be used concurrently with embedded macro functions... which leads me to believe that the parameters that control which programs are stored to DRAM may be the same parameters for embedded macro, ie 12010-12048ish... can anyone confirm that? thanks dcoupar - gwarble |
