possible to change 0-M keyboard layout? (not just new membrane) - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

i'm wondering if its possible/if anyone successfully has switced a fanuc 0-m control's keyboard from the simplest numpad style version (with letters and numbers on the same keys, and no shift key) to the full keyboard with letters and numbers seperate, and a shift key

i'm not asking about swapping a new membrane in, but if the actual keyboard PCB can be swapped out/layout changed

also, i'm wondering about the electrical connection itself... i realize the physical size is not the same... but that can be fixed/changed on this old klunky control
