Hi all, I'm new to the zone. I have a problem with a Niigata HN63C with a Fanuc 15-M control, it wont accept a G65, or any variable programming. Does anyone know what parameter it might be to enable macro programming? Thanks!

"unknown G-code" alarm? if that's the case, you out of luck even turn parameter on 'cause u dont have macro option.

You more then likely don't have macroB on your control but as a test program #1=5 in MDI mode. If you get an alarm then you don't have macroB. Let me know.

Hey thanks, no it doesnt work, it says invalid break point of words. when ever i try to use any "IF" or "GOTO" words, it seperatets them into single letters. It's messed up, I have never ran a mill that didnt work with G65.

PM me your 9100 parameters and I will take a look at them. They should go from 9100 to about 9160 or so.

Do you have a print out or hard copy of your 9000 parameters you can email?

Yes I have a copy of the machine parameters, and can email as well.
