im trying to turn a 7/8 - 14 od thread on a fanuc 10t control miyano. im trying a two line threading cycle. N170 G97 S600 M03 N180 G00 G97 X.975 Z.3 N190 G76 P021060 Q05 R10 N200 G76 X.785 Z-1.05 P450 Q070 F.0714 machine goes through can cycle but when it gets done my threads are gone.is there some kind of par or something i need to set to get this machine to turn a thread.if any one can help any at all it would really help out. Thanks, |

| I believe the 10T uses a 1-line cycle. G76 X.785 Z-1.05 K.045 D70 F.0714 A60 P2 set chamfering amount in parameter 6212 (0.1L ~ 12.7L), or set chamfering angle in parameter 6213 (1 ~ 89 deg) set finishing amount in parameter 6219 (0 ~ 3.2767 inches) set number of spark-out passes in parameter 6220 (0 ~ 255) |
