guys need help on this one...Fanuc series 0-C controls... Activities done: 1. replaced cable of servo motor to servo amp 2. replaced servo motor 3. replaced servo amp 4. replaced linear scale 5. replaced axis board 6. replaced memory board 7. checked also stiffness in ballscrew while motor is not installed...seems ok Alarm still shows up after this activities...i've ran out of ideas...please advice! |

| no I didn't turn-off the scale I just replaced the cable of the scale and still I'm encountering the same problem...this alarm shows up anytime...moving or not, alarm shows up...I experienced powering on the machine and homing it's axes' and left it for a couple of hours due to other activities and when I came back the alarm already shown up. |
