Was the machine running fine before ? What changed if anything? Are the backup batteries dead? Have you checked to see if one of the legs is dead on the 3 phase power input. Typically a blown fuse will cause this.
I power the machine on, then hit the on button for the control. I can hear a contactor snap in, then instantly pop out. CRT doen not light up, nothing. a red light will briefly light on the power supply, but goes out when the contactor shuts off. Power supply maybe? Is there a way to test these power supplies?

We all live in Tents! Some live in content others live in discontent.
Watch Dog alarm will also cause this. Are there any LED'S lit on your master pcb?
CHECK YOUR 24 V POWER SUPLY
Remove wires from the righthand side of power supply (make sure you mark them first) Remove white connector. Turn on control and check voltages on power supply, if you have no output voltages, check input unit to see if you have a red led on, if you do, you have a bad power supply. If you do have the output voltages, you have a short on the machine, connect one wire at a time until you find what wire is shorted
My t6 did did this. I reordered my 3 Phase connections until my chip conveyor was running the right direction. Replaced the fuse and presto all running
