I am a machine user from India. My machine is a TAKISAWA with FANUC 6T controls. The turret of my machine is giving the following trouble. When we Index the turret ie change the tool the turret skips a particular station each time. One particular station is not detected every time we index the turret. Further more today we observed that another station is getting skipped. Is there a Hardware problem or something to do with the parameters. Please suggest. regards, Kulbir  |

| It's probably the switch or the cam has moved. I doubt its a problem with the Fanuc - might be wrong, i don't know this machine mechanically.
