Keyboard wrong keys !?

Hello.
This happens on a Fanuc 21 TB. It have a long keyboard version as can be seen on the picture, but it seams that the controller see the keyboard as a smaller one, since it does not use some keys and others have two outputs using the shift key. The keyboard does not match the letters on it.

Please see the picture attached, where the red pencil corresponds to the current (not correct) use of the keyboard.

For example, the "O" key that was supposted to do also the "(" does the "O" and "P"; the "7" key was supposted to do only the "7" but also does the "A".

Any ideia of what is happening? Any parameter?

Is it possible someone changed parameter 3100 (bit 2 or bit 3, depending on the LCD size and # of function keys)?
