    MORI SL3 Fanut 11

    I have a sl3 with fanut 11 who has trouble moving one referenciarce without holding down the joystick can someone tell me what the problem??? I am in despair

    Mori sl3 FAnut 11

    have troubles whit my MORI SL# who has a FANUT 11 controler, the probles is, when i wont to set the cero, i move the joystick, but when i relese de joy, he doesent stop and hit the back part.
    some one have idea what is the problem??

    If i am interpreting your problem correctly it sounds like you may not be referencing the machine correctly. To reference place the machine in Home Mode. Your machine will reference in the + direction toward the spindle, so hold your joy stick in the - direction, you will notice the axis move slightly in the - direction and then reverse in the + direction to home but you must hold the joy stick the whole time until reference is complete then you can let go of the joy stick. Do it this way for each axis. If you do this and you see the machine reverse directions to home but then the axis keeps moving until it overtravels you may have a bad reference limit switch or the dog is not making contact with the limit switch. You should be able to see this switch in your inputs on the screen to verify if the bit changes when the dog makes contact with the switch. Good Luck
