I believe that most Fanuc 10T controls are set up to use a 2-line G76. It would look like:

G00 G97 X0.9829 Z0.2143 S517
G76 P021060 Q20 R0.002
G76 X0.7382 Z-0.5337 R-0.0234 P536 Q80 F0.0714

Have you threaded on this machine before without problems?
What RPM are you running?
Is G97 (CSS Cancel) active?

D50 is the depth of first pass. It's required for a 1-block G76.

The sample I posted earlier should be close. Here's an explanation.

What you mean by double threads: double-start or double pitch or something else?

Possibly, you are calling G76 twice, with different tools/rpm/start-point.

The subsequent threading passes automatically shift laterally by required amount, such that only one side of the tool cuts the groove. This happens in roughing passes. Finishing passes do not shift laterally.

If, due to some reason, you do not want a shift in roughing passes, replace 60 by 00, in the P-word (first block of G76).
