Fanuc System 6M - parameters/alarms

Greetings!

I have a "small" problem with Bemeco Matsuura MC-710V
The electrician exchanged regulator or whatever and when i turn machine on i get alarms 607, 608 PC
and buncha 210 to 231 OT +/- XYZ alarms (overtravel).
biggest problem is machine doesn't react to mode select or almost anything so i cant change parameters for OT's.

Anyone had a similar problem or have parameters in english for this machine please?
Or know what 607/608 alarm is? (probably controller not connected)
