AC Spindle Motor Missing Tag

Hi all,

have to repair/replace AC Spindle motor from a '83 Kitamura Mycenter 4 with 7000 rpm belt drive spindle and fanuc 6M control but the motor tag is missing, so have no way to know the part number...
Can anybody with an identical machine or similar combination of fanuc ac motor type 6 controlled by the A06B-6044-H008 drive unit tell me the part number on his tag?
