custom page

my problem is a custom page key...how can i activate custum page key..? my friend have a like machine and custum page is work..

The custom screen is usually used by machine tool builders to perform custom functions like tool life management or tool changer troubleshooting. It can also be assigned to bring up the Manual Guide i screen.

key is not active all the custom page..page does not open when I press key

Same machine brand? Same model number? Not all builders use the custom button.

yes same machine same model but custom button is no work..i need custum button paramater...

You will probably need the ladder from the builder, and re-load software. What exactly does his custom page display?
